• Conduct Associate in Nursing assessment of the M&E capability of SRs, and develop and lead the implementation of a capability development plan;
• Provide inputs within the formulation of Terms of Reference for Mid-Term and Final Evaluations, different analysis, and HMIS strengthening; 
• Assist the revision of TORs for specific project/thematic/sectorial analysis missions and/or table evaluations/reviews, participation in authority and analysis team choice, help for consultant(s) within the province, and technical feedback on evaluations; and
